Although the winter landscape may appear idyllic at first glance, it still involves risks. In the event of an avalanche, despite all precautionary measures, companion rescue becomes crucial. Therefore, everyone traveling in the snowy Dolomites – ski tourers, freeriders, or ice climbers – should be able to use avalanche transceivers, probes, and shovels safely and train regularly.During this course day, we cover the theoretical foundations of avalanche burial search and practice the procedures intensively in the field. In addition to companion rescue, you will also receive important information on first aid in emergency situations.
Our certified mountain guides are also trained mountain rescuers and actively share their extensive experience during the course. Train with us at Catores and be fully prepared for emergencies.
